PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF USE, OUR PROMISE
We know that inviting strangers into your home can be uncomfortable, but we are probably just as comfortable in your home as you are to have us there. It is an awkward situation in general sometimes, but we have an obligation to assist you.
We know that (if you do not live in the Hampton Roads area), you might have reservations about sending your computer to a stranger. We would feel just as nervous about sending our baby to a stranger (in reference to "baby", we are such geeks). That is why we assure you that we will do our best to fix the problem remotely, so that we don't have to make you feel uncomfortable.
However, sometimes we cannot fix it remotely. If you do not want to send your computer or tech device to us, no prob. We don't have national branches, or international branches, so its kinda hard for two guys to repair a computer thousands of miles away. We will help you find a local computer repair place that we think will help you. We will also give them any information or theories we have developed regarding your computer. Free, of course. We don't have national branches, or international branches, so its kinda hard for two guys to repair a computer thousands of miles away.
The rest of this is just legal mumbo-jumbo. And for even more, click here!
